KEN
After a career in the military, a complete change was made when he started competing in triathlons - using sports massage as recovery during training he went on to do his PT, Gym instructors and sports massage L3 & L4. Further courses followed with functional movement taping, Thai Yoga massage and cupping.

GRACE
After finishing school and college Grace went on to work at Rockcliffe Hall as a Spa Therapist. Mainly doing relaxing Swedish Massage but also including Pregnancy Massage, Facials, Hot Stone Massage and is also trained in Oncology massage. Over the last year and a half (circa 2025) Grace has completed her L3 & L4 Sports Massage as well.
